Google’s contributions have had a profound impact on the community Esperanza serves. Their financial support has funded new educational programs and resources, while their volunteers have played a crucial role in empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Norma and Martha Bizarro, 2024 Bobby Reyes award recipients.

We’ve been proud to spotlight the life-changing yet often unsung work of the incredible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who empower people with disabilities to access and fully participate in our communities. This year, we’re thrilled to honor Norma and Marth Bizarro as the prestigious Bobby Reyes Award recipients.

Norma and Marth have dedicated over 40 years to supporting individuals with disabilities, making a profound impact through their commitment, compassion, and resilience. Their tireless work exemplifies the very heart of what it means to be a DSP. They have not only provided essential care but have also built lasting relationships, fostered independence, and uplifted countless individuals and families.
