At Esperanza Community Services, our mission is to empower people with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling, independent lives. This includes helping people with disabilities and their families navigate the developmental disability system.

We will help you navigate the Prioritization for Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) to help connect you to services.

How we help

We provide information and outreach to people and families that do not currently have any services.
This includes:
– Informational sessions
– Linkage to additional services
-Facilitation of peer groups
-Facilitation of parent peer groups.
We provide support in both English and Spanish
