Before Ronaldo was an Esperanza student, his school would often call his parents to pick him up before lunch. Now, Ronaldo’s been at Esperanza for two years and is able to stay the whole day at school.
Ronaldo’s family is grateful for the improvements that they have witnessed.
“This experience for us is something beautiful in Esperanza,” Roberto, Ronaldo’s father, said. “Seeing the family happy, seeing Ronaldo calmer, and seeing him well, that’s what’s important to all of us, that he’s doing well.”
In just two years, Ronaldo has come a long way. His family shared that Ronaldo’s favorite thing about Esperanza is seeing his teachers and riding the bus. He is enthusiastic about doing his homework and is always excited to play in his classroom after finishing his work.
“The effort that teachers give for each student is the best,” Roberto said. “We just want to see the best way for Ronaldo.”
