The search for our new Chief Executive Officer is underway! Esperanza’s Interim Executive Director, Steve Pratapas, is leading the search to fill Joy Decker’s position, whose last day at Esperanza was at the end of April.
The job posting was published on various networks and sites at the end of June and interviewing will begin in July. The goal is to have a new CEO in place and announced by early to mid-Fall.
We are confident we will find the best CEO to continue to grow our agency, while also upholding Esperanza’s spirit and values.
