Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA)
Esperanza’s three Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes are located in residential neighborhoods on the Northwest side of Chicago and provide support to adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.
Round-the-Clock Support
At our homes, we provide 24-hour person-centered support and care to our residents. Our CILA staff work to support our residents’ strengths and foster a family-like environment where they can improve their independent daily living skills while being integrated within the community. Esperanza Community Services accepts responsibility for providing, or arranging all necessary services for individuals living in our CILA homes.
