Community Day Program
Esperanza’s Community Day Program provides participants, aged 22 and over, opportunities to reach individualized goals as well as pursue their own personal interests.
During a typical week, participants explore the community and apply basic safety skills, practice independent-living skills, and engage in vocational training tasks. They also have access to the arts.

Home-Based Services
Esperanza’s Client and Family Support Program provides families who care for an individual with an Intellectual or Developmental disability with in-home case management and assistance with accessing benefits, supports, and resources. Esperanza is working to meet the unique needs of families and connect them with the resources they need in order to continue to keep their family members living in their home environment.
