Our state-approved adult programs offer individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to engage in the community, build independent living skills, develop vocational skills with the goal of participating in meaningful employment, as well as continue to personal explore interests.

Community Day Program

Esperanza’s Community Day Program supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building meaningful, independent lives through skill development, social engagement, and community participation.

Residential Program

Esperanza provides warm, supportive group homes, known as Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs), on Chicago’s Northwest Side. These homes offer 24-hour person-centered care, creating a family-like environment where residents can develop and strengthen their daily living skills.

Home-Based Services

Esperanza’s Home-Based Services (HBS) provide critical support to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and continue living in their homes—either on their own or with family.

Esperanza equips individuals with the resources, skills, and services they need to thrive in their community.
