If you’ve ever had the privilege of working with Aaron, you know how deeply he cares about people. Since joining the Esperanza Board of Directors in 2015 and leading as Board Chair for more than five years, Aaron has poured his heart into helping us grow and thrive. His leadership during times of change was nothing short of extraordinary, always keeping the focus on what matters most: the people we serve.
Aaron brings that same passion to everything he does. From his early days at Schwa to leading culinary innovation at Hyatt, Snakes & Lattes, Levy, and now Aramark, he’s a force of creativity and vision. But what makes him truly special is his unwavering commitment to inclusion, equity, and community—values that guide his professional life, his volunteer service, and his role as a proud husband and father of two daughters.
The Bobby Reyes Award is named in memory of our founder’s son and recognizes those whose dedication has shaped Esperanza in profound ways. Aaron absolutely embodies that spirit, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving.
