At Esperanza Community Services, we believe in the power of collaboration to drive meaningful change. As proud nonprofit partners in Booth’s Board Fellows Program for another year, we’re thrilled to welcome our newest team of Fellows: Sanchit, Georgina, and Abhishek.
The Board Fellows Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, organized by the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation, is designed to bridge the worlds of business and nonprofit work. Through the program, Booth MBA students gain hands-on experience working with nonprofit boards, providing fresh perspectives and strategic insights to support each organization’s mission.
A Partnership with Purpose: This year, Esperanza’s Board of Directors will work closely with Sanchit, Georgina, and Abhishek over the next six months to develop a new component of our annual strategic plan. This collaboration is more than an exchange of ideas; it’s an opportunity for us to harness the Fellows’ skills, knowledge, and fresh perspectives to tackle complex challenges and identify innovative solutions that advance our mission.
Esperanza’s Board members and staff are excited to dive into this partnership. The Fellows will not only provide strategic support, but they’ll also bring fresh insights that help us explore new possibilities. By collaborating, we’re combining Esperanza’s longstanding expertise in supporting individuals with disabilities with the forward-thinking strategies of Booth’s future business leaders.
At Esperanza, we’re always seeking new ways to strengthen our programs and expand our impact. With our Board Fellows as partners, we’ll continue to push forward, ensuring that every individual we serve can reach their fullest potential.
We are excited to see the progress we’ll make together and can’t wait to share updates on this journey!
Stay tuned for more insights and highlights as we work alongside our 2024-2025 Board Fellows.
