Esperanza Community Services
Admission / Contact
Helping a loved one become a resident of one of Esperanza’s CILA homes begins with a phone call. Esperanza staff will answer your questions about funding and the process of securing a referral from your local case management agency. Please remember that individuals interested in a referral to Esperanza can specifically request this from their case management agency.
Esperanza staff will work closely with you and your loved one to ensure that the placement would be a good fit – both for the individual as well as other residents. If so, a tour will be arranged so that the individual and his or her parent/guardian can see a CILA home firsthand. The new resident is welcome to move in just as soon as state funding has been approved.
We currently have openings for residents! For more information, please contact Stephanie Ong, Admissions Coordinator, at 312. 243. 6097 x 18. If you have general questions about the program, please contact Kimberly Babich at 847.754.1129.
Thank you for considering Esperanza Community Services to help meet your needs.
