CILA

Esperanza’s Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) is a residential housing program that helps adults with developmental disabilities remain integrated within the community. And residents of Esperanza’s CILA homes are achieving great things! 

The program provides 24-hour care in an environment in which individuals are supported to live as independently as possible while strengthening their daily living skills. The unique strengths and needs of each resident are supported through custom-tailored goal development plans.
