    Esperanza’s bilingual (English and Spanish) Client and Family Support staff provides individualized, in-home case management and service linkages to meet the unique needs of each family.

    Services include (but are not limited to):

    • Working with families to establish participant learning and developmental goals and ensuring progress
    • Support accessing medical/dental, legal and educational services, social security, Medicare/Medicaid, food assistance and more
    • Direct advocacy and translation services (when interacting with state benefits representatives, doctors, educators, etc.)
    • Information on guardianship, counseling, assistive technology, and more
    • Guidance with filing benefits appeals and completing appropriate paperwork
    • Transportation support to appointments (as needed)
    • And more
